Comprehensive Lessons on Grappling
I offer a Kids class at the Cottowood Recreation Center. The class is every Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm. The cost for the class is only $5.00 with no membership required. Students may wear sweat pants or shorts and a T-shirt to class.
